TAXES
10% LODGING TAX AND 7% GST
THE 7% GST IS REFUNDABLE FOR OUR OUT OF COUNTRY GUESTS.
RENTAL AGE RESTRICTIONS
For the months of May and June please note that the Executive Inn has a strict minimum age requirement of 25 years old to book, this person will be held responsible for the room. The Executive Inn has the right to ask for ID at check in and can refuse anyone who is not aged 25. The age for any other time period is 21.
MINIMUM NIGHT STAYS
Minimum night stay requirements do apply at certain times through out the year.
SUMMER PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, REFUND POLICY
MAY 1 TO NOV 20
A valid credit card is required to hold the reservation.
Full payment is charged at time of check in.
No refund for early departures.
Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will forfeit one nightfs room and tax.
No-shows are regarded as a cancellation and will forfeit one nightfs room and tax.

WINTER PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, REFUND POLICY
NOV 21 TO APRIL 30
A minimum three (3) night payment including taxes is required on a credit card at time of booking. A reservation will only be guaranteed once we have received your deposit.
Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrive will forfeit the deposit. Once full payment has been taken, no refunds are given for early departures. If cancelled outside of the 30 days full deposit will be refunded. No Shows will forfeit deposit.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
As your room is privately owned, at check in, a signed credit card preauthorization in the amount of $250 will be taken as a security deposit. This imprint will be destroyed within 24 hours of your departure, provided that there is no damage, missing inventory or excessive cleaning charges.
CREDIT CARDS
Visa, MasterCard, American Express are accepted.
An unlimited number of credit cards are accepted per reservation.
RATES ARE BASED ON
Studios are based on double occupancy with a maximum of 2 persons.
Double Lofts are based on double occupancy with a maximum of 2 persons.
Queen Lofts and Master Suite are based on Quad occupancy.
PARKING
There is limited free underground parking.
SMOKING POLICY
The Executive Inn is a non-smoking hotel and does not offer smoking rooms. However you can request a balcony on which you can smoke.
PETS
No pets are allowed.
HOUSEKEEPING
Daily housekeeping is provided for all units.
CHECK IN & OUT
Check In 4:00 pm.
Check Out 11:00 am.

The Hotel is 3 floors and has only stair access, no elevator.
